Paddle Fit is a fun and challenging workout focusing on endurance, strength, core, balance and functional movement, a complete mental and physical workout on the water. By changing up routines and exercises you will see amazing transformations in both your body and attitude. Our Paddle Fit instructor will take you through an hour long fitness session on the water unlike any other. Paddle Fit is not your average workout, so if you don’t want to be average then come join us.

The Williamsburg Winery is proud to partner with Mary Robinson from Body Balance Studio to bring you a yoga and wine program unlike anything you've ever experienced before. Renowned instructor Mary Robinson has created a program designed to incorporate elements of our featured wine of the week into the yoga practice.

What roams the woods after dark?  Take a ranger guided tour with us to experience the sights and sounds after sundown.  Enjoy the cooler temperatures with the sounds of raccoons, owls, and other creatures.  After the hike, enjoy stargazing with the Virginia Penisula Astronomy Club.  Please call the office for reservations.  Note:  Hikes in September and October begin at 7:30 pm.

Williamsburg Winery

On Sundays, join cycling enthusiasts from The Williamsburg Winery team on a group ride through the Historic Triangle and back to the Winery for wine and brunch specials at the Gabriel Archer Tavern. Ride registration begins each Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and the ride begins at 9 a.m. There is no fee to participate.

All Cycling Club participants will receive a 15% discount at the Gabriel Archer Tavern following the completion of the ride.  The discount is only valid the day of the ride.

Seine nets have been used for ages to catch fish and other creatures in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributary rivers.  Our rangers will lead you in discovering the variety of aquatic life in the York River with seine and dip nets.   This program will NOT be held on May 18th & June 19th (Mother's & Father's Days).

This class is a great opportunity to try Paddleboard Yoga if you are not sure about the class. I will anchor the boards in the outdoor pool at the Chickahominy Riverfront. The yoga sequence is low and slow, and if you fall, you fall in the pool!!! what a great way to cool off during these summer months. This class registration is done through the James City County Recreation Center.

SUPing Sisters is for ladies only! Sorry fellas!! We will meet every Monday at 6:00pm and paddle together for an hour and a half. Each week will be a different place to paddle and explore. This is a great way to work on your paddling technique and also to enjoy some company while paddling. This is NOT A LESSON so if you have never paddled before you will need to attend one of my paddle lessons before signing up for this event.
The cost for this event is $15.00
