The Revolutionary War victory at Yorktown in 1781 was just the beginning for the ranks of soldiers who fought for America's independence. Follow the incredible stories of veterans of the Siege of Yorktown – George Washington, Charles Cornwallis, Henry Knox, Alexander Hamilton, the Marquis de Lafayette and James Lafayette – and discover how they went on after the war to help shape the America we know today.

The special exhibition runs June 10 through November 27, 2017. A variety of special programs and public lectures will be presented in conjunction with the special exhibition from June 10 through November 15.
