Independence Day Celebration: Food, Fanfare & Fireworks

food fanfareCelebrate the Fourth of July with an evening of sumptuous food, stellar entertainment, and stunning fireworks for the entire family. Feast on a sumptuous buffet dinner at the Williamsburg Lodge, with entertainment by L’il Ronnie and the Grand Dukes. A cash bar will be available from 4 to 7:30 p.m.

Plan your arrival to let the kids work up an appetite before sitting down to dinner or to blow off some steam afterward with games and activities on the Virginia Lawn from 4 to 7 p.m.

Eat at your leisure between 5 and 7:30 p.m. At 7:20 p.m., a Fife and Drum escort will lead guests to their seats on Palace Green, for a stirring concert performed by the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. The evening concludes with Colonial Williamsburg’s annual Fourth of July Fireworks display. $85 adults, $55 children; prices include dinner, concert ticket, tax, and gratuity
