New Year's Day Brunch at Opus 9 Steakhouse
Start 2017 off with a New Year's Day brunch buffet at Opus 9 Steakhouse from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Cost is $38.95 for adults and $15.95 for children under 12.
Chef's Carving Station featuring prime rib, Smithfield ham and leg of lab with horseradish cream, honey mustard, au jus and mint jelly
Belgian waffles with honey whipped butter, maple syrup, fresh berries and fresh whipped cream
Omelet station with a melange of toppings including sugared ham, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, baby shrimp, pulled pork, onions, peppers and gruyere cheese to name a few
Cold offerings including cold smoked salmon, arugula and smoked pancetta salad, spinach and candied chesnut salad, Mediterranean pasta salad
Hot offerings: Eggs Benedict Opus style with lump crabmeat, tallegio and spinach grits, frittata, ziti carbonara, brisket with bacon black eyed peas and much more
