In conjunction with the "Pocahontas Imagined" special exhibition, Jeffrey Allison, Paul Mellon Collection Educator and Statewide Manager for the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, will present a public lecture, "Reel Indian: The Portrayal of Native Americans in Film." The lecture is the second in a three-part Pocahontas lecture series presented in partnership with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. The lecture is free to the public.
