In the second of four Revolutionary War lectures at the Yorktown Victory Center, Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation Senior Director of Museum Operations and Education Peter Armstrong will describe the stories behind 10 of the most surprising objects visitors will see in the new American Revolution Museum at Yorktown galleries, and how they helped define a new nation. Other lecture dates include September 20 and 27. Admission to the lectures is free, with advance reservations recommended by calling (757) 253-4572 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
