In celebration of the 15th anniversary, the Williamsburg Farmers Market is hosting a series of educational forums and a special lecture about the complexities and joys of the things we eat.

Two culinary experts will share ideas and tips for selecting and preparing food from our regional farmers markets. Cathy Barrow is a food columnist for the Washington Post and author of Mrs. Wheelbarrow's Practical Pantry, Travis Milton is the former chef of the Comfort and Family Meal in Richmond and owner-chef at Shovel and Pick a Bristol restaurant specializing in Appalachian ingredients and foodways.
