Valentine's Day Music in the Galleries at the Muscarelle Museum of Art
- Admission: $$10
Join us at the Muscarelle Museum of Art on Sunday February 14th as we celebrate the day with romantic melodies! The concert will feature classical guitarist Timothy P. Olbrych and soprano Judy Olbrych performing French and Spanish love songs as well as American standards.
Judy Olbrych is a talented soprano who has performed in concert series, churches, and at historic sites throughout the east coast. Her recording with classical guitarist Timothy Olbrych, Arise: Music of the Americas for Soprano and Guitar, has been featured on public radio; in interviews on Bill Hicok’s radio show, “Silver Moonbeams;” and Grete Dolitz’s “An Hour with the Guitar.” Her latest CD with Tim, A Late Walk Poems for Soprano and Guitar, features Robert Frost’s 1913 poem A Boy’s Will newly set to music by Michael Karmon. Look for her articles about the work this winter in the forthcoming issue of Soundboard Magazine.
