The Williamsburg Farmer’s Market strives to provide healthy regionally produced food for all economic levels of the Williamsburg community and to stimulate the regional farm economy and preserve agricultural land. The Market helps sustain and enhance the historic role of theWilliamsburg town center as a premier gathering place and will have a Cooking Demo stage in front of the College of William & Mary book store and the Colonial Williamsburg Ticket booth on Duke of Gloucester Street during the WHC highlighting local and guest Chefs. The market features over 30 producers of locally grown: produce, seafood, cut flowers, organic vegetables, herbs, baked goods,pasture-raised meats, cheeses, herbal and goat’s milk soap, fresh bread, honey and eggs. After strolling around the Farmer’s Market stop by The Trellis Patio where you’ll find Chef David Everett and Chef Scott Hoyland whipping up fresh omelettes. You “Name your Price” and your omelette is cooked to order with featured ingredients
