Image Use Authorization
The images enclosed with the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance Media Kit are provided to the news media for editorial purposes only. All commercial and advertising uses are strictly forbidden without written consent. These images may also be used by meeting planners and tour operators for conventions and tours scheduled in Williamsburg through the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance.
The Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance gives permission for the use of the images with the following understanding:
- The images will be properly identified with the matching description in the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance Slide Description Sheet.
- Photo credit shall be given to the appropriate attraction organization in the image.
- A mention of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber & Tourism Alliance and www.visitwilliamsburg.com will be included in the accompanying text or story.
Further, the images may not be used in such a way as to imply that the featured organizations in any way endorse the products or services of your business. Also, the images should only be used and reproduced in such a way as to represent the featured organizations as points of interest in the Williamsburg area and in a way appropriate to their purposes, either as an institution of higher learning, a museum or an educational attraction.
