Spitfire Rotisserie
Many years ago while on holiday in Spain two families dined on a feast of "pollo asado" and lamented the fact that there was no place to get a truly amazing rotisserie chicken in the Williamsburg area. Right there under warm Spanish skies the original idea of the 'Spitfire Rotisserie' was born. They wanted to create a place where everyone from builders to busy working mothers could stop by and quickly pick up a delicious, hearty meal.
It was also important to both families that the food be natural and healthy in addition to fast and convenient. Between running several other successful businesses and raising growing families there was no time to make the dream a reality, until now. Craig Reeves of the Catering Company and Steve Rose of Williamsburg Event Rentals have pooled together their years of expertise and are proud to introduce the 'Spitfire Rotisserie' to Williamsburg.
