Ayana Moore and the entire Alston Family Reunion:
We returned last week from our reunion, and I just wanted to let you know that it was a resounding success! My family converged on Williamsburg from everywhere: Louisiana, Tennessee, California, Michigan, Illinois, Nevada, and more. Everyone (aside from my immediate family) was new to Williamsburg, and they fell in love. Our wonderful experience couldn’t have been possible without your help, so I just want to give you a huge “THANK YOU!” From delivering the bags in person to our hotel to promptly responding to my e-mails, all of your work is greatly appreciated.
Shea Tussing – James Madison University Conference:
“Our group had our conference in Williamsburg in July. Overall, the group loved Williamsburg and was so happy and satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Our conference was held at the Williamsburg Lodge which was absolutely wonderful — beautiful grounds, excellent food, meeting rooms, etc. Our group spent a lot of time in the evenings in Colonial Williamsburg, Merchants Square, and surrounding areas to include the Premium Outlets, local stores/shops, etc. Thank you for checking to see how our stay was. We had a wonderful visit and hope to host another conference in Williamsburg in the future.”
Lanise Stokes – Sander Family Reunion:
“The reunion was absolutely wonderful!! Everyone LOVED Williamsburg and the surrounding areas. They thought it was the perfect spot and did not stop going the entire weekend. I so appreciate your assistance with the coupons, booklets and maps. They all were a big help assisting people decide what they wanted to do, and to structure their free time to make it all happen. I stayed over an extra night just to rest and reflect and would have stayed the entire week if I didn’t have to get back to work. Thanks again so much for all that you do. You were such a blessing.”
Stella France – France Bullard Willis Bridges Family Reunion:
“Everyone had a wonderful time at the reunion. They said it was the best one yet. They fell in love with Williamsburg. Thanks for all your help.”
Dodie Lowman – Williamsburg-James City County Schools:
“I want to thank you again for reaching out to the Chamber of Commerce members to see who could help us with the event for the teachers in May. We appreciate the interest of the Chamber and hope in the future we may be able to use their services.”
Marlene Thomas – Alfa Sunrisers:
“We had a wonderful time. The brochures were fantastic — I left very little time for them to go off on their own but they certainly enjoyed the time they had. They all say they would like to come back and stay longer. They really enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg — brought history to life for them. (Remember we are senior citizens and it has been some time since we looked at a history book!!) Sorry I didn’t get a chance to tell you this in person but the receptionist and gentleman that helped her find the things were most gracious. Thanks again!”
