Busch Gardens’ new indoor/outdoor roller coaster, Verbolten, an autobahn touring experience through Germany’s scenic countryside and the forbidden Black Forest, will transport you to another time and place.
Come fire 18th-century firearms at the Colonial Williamsburg Musket Range. Participants will learn the history and become familiar with two 18th-century weapons used during the Revolutionary War. Participants will fire live rounds at a target.

At the Yorktown Victory Center, wander through a Continental Army tent and take part in an artillery demonstration to make believe you’re really there. At Jamestown Settlement, history comes to life in re-creations of a Powhatan Indian village, three famous 17th-century ships and a colonial fort. Make Yorktown your family adventure headquarters. Spend a lazy summer afternoon sailing aboard the Schooner Alliance or enjoy sailor lore and pirate tales on the special pirate cruise. Visit Patriot Tours for guided Segway and ghost tours. Rent a bicycle and cruise the boardwalk at Riverwalk Landing. When you sign your kids up for the Yorktown Battlefield’s Junior Ranger or Young Soldiers programs, they won’t want to leave!
