President's Park

Where learning is larger than life.

Presidents Park is an educational and artistic outdoor museum dedicated to preserving our American heritage. The park features 18-20 foot tall busts of all 43 of our United States Presidents in a relaxed garden setting along a beautifully landscaped pathway. The statues were sculpted by the internationally renowned artist David Adickes.

The time window of history is from George Washington's inauguration in 1789 to the present. When the time window of history for Virginia's Historic Triangle of Jamestown, Williamsburg and Yorktown is considered in the same evaluation, then this becomes the only place in our entire country to get an accurate overview of our nation's history from its colonial beginnings of 1607 to the present.

The park also features a Museum Center with a cafe, gift shop and a banquet/meeting room. Educational programs, evening programs and themed tours pertaining to presidential history from 1789 to the present are offered.

Hours: April to August - 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m; September to March - 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed Christmas and New Year's Day.

Admission: Rates for 2005/2006: Adult $9.75 Child $6.50
