Through November 1, guests can safely enjoy outdoor Halloween activities all day and all night at the World's Most Beautiful Theme Park. There's contactless trick-or-treating for the kids and a pumpkin scavenger hunt. For those looking for refreshments after some physically-distanced frights, there are seasonal dishes and drinks to be enjoyed. For more information, visit Busch Gardens or call (757) 229-4386. Reservations required.

You're not just listening to ghost stories here in Colonial Williamsburg. You're walking where these encounters have allegedly taken place! The one-hour nightly tour recounts tales from the 1700s through today's inexplicable happenings.

This walk has a bigger emphasis on fun than on fear. Appropriate for ages 4 and up, the Ghost Walk Junior Tour weaves in traditional spooky stories with a Colonial Williamsburg flavor. It's Halloween, just not as scary! For tickets, schedules and more information, visit Colonial Williamsburg's website.

From October 27-October 31, kids from ages 3-7 are invited to dress up in their Halloween costumes and take part in a scavenger hunt at the Williamsburg Regional Library. Clue sheets will provide hints for participants to search for their favorite picture book characters hiding in the windows around the outside of the library. For more information, head over to the library's website.
