All Level SUP Yoga
All levels SUP Yoga is a perfect place to start your paddle yoga practice! Whether your a beginner yogi, experienced yogi, beginner paddleboarder, experienced paddleboarder or have never done either. We will give you a brief intro to paddling, get you ready with some warm up stretches and then head onto the water to our peaceful and calm spot to anchor our boards. We will guide you slowly and mindfully through each pose allowing you to feel and adjust as you go. SUP Yoga allows you to let go, connect to nature and find peace and balance within. After each class we always leave sometime to play with different poses, take pictures or just float!!!
This class is for all levels, but will guide towards the modifications and can be challenged for experienced.
