Join Wessex Hundred Executive Chef Ian Robbins and our good friend Shepherd Craig Rogers from Border Springs Farm on Thursday, April 27 at the Café Provençal for our first monthly Farmers Spotlight Series dinner of 2017! This four-course meal will highlight the world-class lamb of Border Springs Farm alongside wines from The Williamsburg Winery. Craig will share with guests his fascinating story of his path to becoming one of the world's most renowned shepherds and revealing what makes his lamb so highly coveted and delicious.
