Intro to Paddle Fit
Intro to Paddle Fit will give you the basics of Paddleboarding that will teach you proper stance, proper technique with a full body, low-impact workout that will challenge every muscle, improve balance and stability, enhance your cardio fitness, and build a strong core!!
This is a mini lesson and paddle fit in one!! This Intro to paddle fit class is still challenging because we paddle on the James River at Jamestown Beach and the conditions are always changing - it could be flat when we start out and turn choppy by the time we finish. This is a full body workout and takes a lot of upper body strength.
