Lush Charcuterie

Come join us at the L.A.B. for a 1 hour filled class of cheese and charcuterie board making! In this class, you will get a crash course on cheeses, charcuterie, and more. You will be building your own charcuterie board while learning tips and tricks on boarding-building and ingredient placement. You will learn to make a salami rose and slice cheese into different styles! All ingredients and materials provided as well as a glass of Alewerks brew. This class is perfect for a date night, girls' night out, or for someone who is looking to brush up their boarding skills for hosting! After the class, you can enjoy your creation right in the beautiful taproom! Tickets are limited and first come first serve.
