Paddle Fit
Paddle Fit Class is a fast paced, challenging paddle on James River with Tabata style exercises done while on the paddleboard.
We start with a warm up on land and then you will get your board and equipment set up and launch onto the water. You never know what Mother Nature will give us that day so you could be on calm water or choppy water, we take the challenge and Paddle On!!
It is recommended that you be a strong swimmer, strong paddler and not afraid to get in the water.
