In conjunction with the "Pocahontas Imagined" special exhibition, Johanna Minich, adjunct curator of Native American Art at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, will present a public lecture, "Corrective Lens: Native Women Photographers and the Debunking of the 'Vanishing Race' Myth." The lecture concludes a three-part Pocahontas lecture series presented in partnership with the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. The lecture is free to the public.
