Sunset Paddle Yoga allows you to take your practice outdoors and into nature. After a brief intro to paddleboarding, we will paddle to our outdoor studio and anchor our boards. I will guide you through a gentle yoga sequence for all levels. Modifications are given for beginner to advanced. This yoga session happens as the sun is setting allowing the day to just melt away! We end our session with savasana - the sweet sauce of yoga!

Our Beginner Paddle Fit Class will take place at the Jamestown Beach Event Park. You will learn the basics of Paddleboarding along with the basics of a Paddle Fit class.

This is a great class to attend if you are interested in participating in the Paddle Fit Bootcamp classes throughout the summer but are not sure what to expect. Cost of class: $30.00 includes board, paddle, leash and pfd $20.00 BYOB (bring your own board)

An exhibit showcasing the original minutes of the first assembly that convened on July 30, 1619, on loan for the first time in America from The National Archives of the United Kingdom, will be available for public viewing through September.

By changing up routines and exercises you will see amazing transformations in both your body and attitude. The morning starts with a 8K Run and 5K Walk followed by a patriotic parade along Water and Main Streets. Throughout the day, you can lounge on the beach, jam to live music, visit local shops, and explore several museums. Evening activities include a bell-ringing ceremony, patriotic concert, and an amazing firework display over the York River.
