The Williamsburg Farmers Market is located in Merchants Square in the heart of historic Williamsburg, Virginia. Flowerbeds and benches offer a tranquil setting for this open-air, Virginia producer-only market. Over 35 vendors offer a variety of local products, among which are fresh seasonal produce, meats, seafood, baked goods, honey, cheese, cut flowers, handmade soaps, and more. Enjoy chef demonstrations, listen to live music, and learn while you shop.

Bring your family for a fun outdoor adventure as you wander among the trees at The Mariners' Museum Park with tree expert Daina Henry, President of the Peninsula Master Naturalists. A fun learning experience for both adults and children ages 5-10 years old, come learn about the animals that rely on the trees and forest for food, shelter, and protection. Henry will also give tips on identifying the various tree species that make up the 550 acres of The Mariners' Park.

Historic Jamestowne celebrates American Indian Month: Native American Material Culture Tour, 10:00 am, 12:30 pm, & 3:00 pm: Join this special hour-long archaeology walking tour focused on the presence of native peoples in James Fort during the first few years of the settlement. Hear about how finding Native American artifacts in key fort-period features is providing important insights into the impact the Powhatan had on the English lifestyle in Virginia.

This exhibition details the incredible evolution of marine photography from a documentary approach to more of an artistic perspective. Come see this one-of-a-kind maritime collection!

Family members will have an opportunity to create a piece of folk art to take home. Tour Bassett Hall and then drop in at the cottage to learn about theorems and make your own to take home. Theorems were a favorite form of folk art that Abby Aldrich Rockefeller chose for this special home.
