Owner and pitmaster Matt Sileno fell in love with true Pit BBQ while growing up in North Carolina. After spending years in Marketing, Matt decided to follow his passion for food and love for the community by purchasing a food truck in 2017. Since then he has accumulated quite the following, while simultaneously starting a nonprofit "QUEmunnity" to help provide meals to all children in the tidewater region. After much success with the food truck, Matt and the team decided to elevate the brand by moving the business to a brick and mortar location. Finally, on January 6, 2022 we opened our doors to the community
