When inspiration hits, sometimes it’s with a mouthwatering plate of smoked beef brisket with spicy tomato chowchow and a mug of full-bodied craft beer. We’ve been friends for decades, working and collaborating together in the restaurant industry, and we share a passion for great food and craft beer. We saw a need for a cool, creative, casual and approachable new eating and drinking establishment in Williamsburg, and we decided to meet it.
