Order ahead for their Thanksgiving takeout meal, including your choice of roasted lamb, Cornish game hen, or smoked ham with all the sides you can handle, plus dessert. Stop in the restaurant to try a seasonal cocktail such as a Turkey Trot, made with Wild Turkey bourbon, Virginia honey, cranberry juice, and sage.

Chef Neil Griggs of Cochon on 2nd is bringing all of your Thanksgiving Day favorites to a convenient takeout option. The Thanksgiving Fare menu features turkey or ham with options for soups, salads, sides, stuffing, and dessert. For those wishing to try the traditional menu, enjoy local and seasonal items such as a ragu of braised lamb with fresh, seasonal vegetables.

Chef Mikey Maksimowicz of Casa Pearl focuses on quality, locally-sourced ingredients, seasoned culinary expertise, and gracious customer service in a fun and inviting environment. This fall, try the Pumpkin Mule, made with pumpkin-infused vodka, lime, and ginger beer. The dish Oysters and Pearls celebrates the York River with sweet, local Minnie Pearl oysters, pickled onion granita, and trout roe. You’ll certainly be thankful after a taste.

Water Street Grille

Save the Thanksgiving Day work by making a reservation at Water Street Grille. Chef Brian Hines’s holiday creation includes a choice of appetizer, choice of entree including slow-roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, or herb-crusted prime rib, as well as traditional sides and dessert. Seating is limited, so it is highly recommended to make your reservation early. If you can’t make it in for Thanksgiving, be sure to stop by another time for outstanding seafood, brick oven pizza, and seasonal specials.
