Our volunteers are an important part of the visitor experience. Whether you're welcoming guests at an event, sharing local recommendations, assisting with registration, or helping behind the scenes, your time and enthusiasm can make a difference.
What Does a Destination Volunteer Do?
Destination Volunteers may have opportunities to:

Support local events, sporting events, festivals, and other special events throughout the destination.

Assist with registrations, information booths, and other administrative tasks

Help with event setup, logistics, and other support activities

Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable representative of our destination

Opportunities will be assigned differently if under the age of 18
Who Can Volunteer?
We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy meeting others and are passionate about our community. You don't need to be a tourism expert. If you love our destination, enjoy helping people, and want to help create a great visitor experience, we'd love to have you join us. Volunteers may include community members, hospitality professionals, retirees, students, tourism enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to give back and be part of something meaningful.

We understand that everyone's schedule is different.
Volunteer opportunities may vary throughout the year and can include short shifts at individual events or larger volunteer opportunities during major events and busy visitor periods.
